- Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday.
- Please allow us up to 3 business days to prepare your tea selections for shipping. Most are shipped within 1 business day.
- During the holiday season and inclement weather, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
- Delivery times are initiated when your package is accepted by our shipping partners. For example, if you select 2-day mail, please be aware that fulfillment time is not included.
- You will receive an email notification with a tracking number the day your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

All orders are NON-RETURNABLE
- If the wrong address is entered at checkout, we will reship the order only when our shipping department has received the returned package.
- We cannot amend the shipping address or the items ordered after orders have been processed.
- We are only able to ship to the address specified during checkout.
- We unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided and/or entered incorrectly during checkout.
- If your tracking information states that your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, you will be required to file a claim with our shipping partners. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information on the partner used to ship your package.
- Due to the risk of fraud, we are currently unable to refund or reship any order with tracking information that confirms your order was delivered. Please follow up with your local post office and file a claim. If the shipping carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us with a case number for your claim.
- Cuples Tea House reserves the right to substitute a shipping method if the requested shipping method is not available for your address.
- Cuples Tea House reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, for any reason.
