We will exchange or refund tea ware and tea accessories if you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can return your tea ware in-store with proof of purchase.
We will issue your return on your original payment method. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you purchased it. You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not discard the item before contacting us as our shipping carriers require physical evidence of damaged products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Under All Circumstances, loose leaf tea is non-returnable. Custom gifts (such as special orders or personalized items) are non returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
